Once a fishing village, this lakeside town now transforms each winter into a glittering display of holiday cheer, where pastel houses, old churches, and waterfront villas are wrapped in ribbons of light. The main waterfront, or lungolago, becomes the star attraction. Churches chime with carols, and market stalls pop up selling handmade crafts, warm chestnuts, and enough panettone to keep everyone running on sweet energy until the New Year.
